"Seduced" by Real Estate...

Let's clear this up:  Joe Biden does not own the largest house in Delaware.

I know, I know.  That rumor has been going around lately.  But I'm here to quash it.  My extensive and exhaustive research tells me that there are two other Delaware mansions which are bigger.  But not by much...

Biden's primary mansion covers 4 acres of oceanfront property on the beach in Wilmington, Delaware.  It's listed at some 7,000 square feet, although it appears to have undergone several additions and expansions since its 1996 purchase.  However, he and his wife Jill also own another oceanfront vacation property on tony Rehoboth Beach.  This home is listed at "only" 4,800 sq. ft.  They purchased the second mansion in 2017 for $4.8 Million Dollars.  Their primary mansion is valued at somewhere north of $2,000,000.  I would guess faaaar north...

(Biden's doing okay, but not as well as those other "public servants" Obama and Sanders.  Obama has 3 mansions now, the largest being some 12,800 sq. ft., and Sanders has four!)

So let's do an inventory here.  Mr. and Mrs. Biden own some 8 homes (he's said he was "seduced" by real estate when just a young lad!)  At least two of them are on the water.  And Mr. Biden, for the vast majority of his 39 year Senate career was paid a whopping $175,000 a year.  He earned $225,000 as Vice President for that 8-year term.

So I have this question.  How does a "public servant," earning what's considered chump-change in and around the Washington, D.C. area, where anything less than
"$Half a Mil a year" is considered poor, figure out a way to live in a mansion and own 8 homes?  Could it possibly be that our Mr. Biden has conjured up some way to line his pockets using his influence as a public official?  Our Mr. Biden managed to put together a net worth, according to Forbes, of more than $9 Million Dollars.  Hmmmmm.  According to my math, even if he saved every penny he ever earned sucking at the public teat he still couldn't have scraped together $9 Million!

When I was finally shown the door by my alma mater and asked not to return, I considered a career in public service.  I chose to take a different pathway because my research at the time told me that public servants, who although have terrific health care plans, and comfortable retirement plans, are usually paid far less than those in the private sector.

Except for our Mr. Vice President.  He's rolling in cash!  Not only is he doing really well, it seem everyone in his entire family have become multi-millionaires by way of his "public service."  His son Hunter has made at least $10 million peddling Mr. Biden's influence as V.P., and perhaps quite a bit more.  And we're now learning that Mr. Biden may well have some of that "taint" stick to him as well.  The Chinese and the Ukrainians seem to love Mr. Biden.  So much so that they've been shoveling cash to his family!  Maybe he's not a dumb as he looks.  Or maybe he's just about to be snagged for screwing over the American public for more than four decades in a successful effort to unfairly enrich himself and his entire family through influence peddling.

If Biden wins in three weeks this whole thing will be buried so deep we'll never hear of it again.  And Mr. Biden and Mr. Obama and that entire Administration will have escaped culpability.  They will not only have avoided prosecution for an attempted coup to oust a sitting POTUS from office, which is treason by the way, they will have taken saddle bags of cash out the door with them as they left.  However, if Trump wins I'm guessing our Mr. Biden will have a lot of 'splainin' to do...

So think of it this way: if Biden was able to amass a fortune of $9 Million Dollars on a salary of only $175,000 a year, just imagine how much more he can wring out of the White House were he to be elected President?

(On the way out the digital door, I might ask right about here, why does a man who lives in a mansion on the ocean...need a vacation mansion on the...ocean?).
