The Parable of the Frog...

The young, those of working age, will never know of the many and varied freedoms they have lost.  And they likely may never learn of them except from their elders.  From those who know of them first hand.  From folks like me...

Have you ever heard of the parable of the "Frog in the Pot?"  No?  I know most of those who have been working for "The Man" lo' these decades know of it first hand, painfully.  But for those who don't, it goes something like this...

Were you to toss a frog into a pot of boiling water, it would of course jump out immediately.  To save its life.  To save its little amphibian life.  

However, if you were to gently place a frog into a pot of lukewarm water, and then turn up the heat, to high, the water would soon boil.  And the frog would sit there, slowing turning a bright red, cooking to death.

We are that frog, fellow Americans.  And we are living in a pot of ever warming water.  Which will soon consume us.  And our great Country.  Every time somebody has to gas up, paying an artificially-high price to placate some climate activist somewhere, they know they're the frog.

Every time somebody has to look over his shoulder in fear, because a Left-wing prosecutor keeps letting hardened criminals out of jail, just to prove some social experiment, we know we are that frog.  While we pay the price for their blunders. 

Every time you have to buy groceries, and know that just a couple of years ago you could afford to eat what you wanted, and now know you'll be lucky just to afford to eat, due entirely to the Administration's clueless policies, you know you're that frog. 

And every time your President looks you in the eye, and lies to you, straight on, in order to get you to believe what he's telling you instead of your lying eyes, you know you're the frog.

There's only one way out.  We have to turn down the heat.  And restore normalcy.  We have to restore the Rule of Law.  We have to put people in charge who will go by what the Constitution says, rather than what they would like it to say.  

That return to normalcy could very well happen come November 8th.  Strong Republican electoral results could help build an all-important firewall against Joe O'Biden and whomever is behind The Curtain, calling his shots.  For it's obviously not him...

Keep your fingers crossed.  We need to save that frog.  And our Country...
